On May 14th the Energy Council of Canada hosted Energy Forum 2009 in Halifax. Among the speakers was Claire LePage, the Deputy Minister of Energy for the Province of New Brunswick. In this transcript of her speech she provides detail on energy projects within her province, but also its bold move to be THE energy hub for Atlantica.
