Much has been written in the news media about Nova Scotia’s Nominee Program managed first by Cornwallis Financial and then by the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration. Most tell stories of qualified immigrants who invested in Nova Scotia companies and did not get the mentorship or experience expected.

That was not the experience for AIMS or its nominee, John Huang, as indicated in two reports prepared for the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration.
