It was a roll call of the top experts in the field from across the country and beyond. The Honourable Aileen Carroll, Minister of International Cooperation, invited 25 people recognized in the field of economic development to Ottawa to discuss how Canada can get the best value from the money it spends on helping to develop the private sector in the Third World.
