Bennett — in Fredericton for a conference on the subject — says the province’s recently announced inclusive education plan is positive, but he’d have preferred to see some money going toward pilot projects to develop special programs for children most in need of learning supports. He adds, New Brunswick is an “outlyer”, given that other provinces have taken approaches more in line with what’s he’s recommending.
