A Cape Breton school can stake the claim to have the highest grades in Nova Scotia for the 2nd year in a row. Halifax-based Atlantic Institute for Market Studies has released its annual high school performance report. Cape Breton Highlands Academy was the highest ranked school in the province holding onto its -A grade. In its report, AIMS listed Louisdale’s Richmond Academy in the province’s fifth spot, while Dalbrae Academy in Mabou was ranked 13th. The results come after the Institute has had several battles with various school boards and the public who say the information should be confidential.
