Hundreds gathered in Halifax, Nova Scotia on the evening of Tuesday, November 9th, 2004 to help celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Atlantic Institute for Market Studies.
The featured speakers were former United States Senator and Secretary of Defense, William Cohen, and former Prime Minister of Canada, the Right Honourable Brian Mulroney.
The evening offered a rare glimpse into Canada's relationship with the United States and helped AIMS celebrate ten years of contribution to the Canadian public policy debate.
