Heather Tulk is Senior Vice President Residential Products at Bell Canada. She began her career with Aliant in 1994 and over that time has held a number of senior positions in marketing, business planning, and customer services with Aliant and Bell Aliant in Atlantic Canada.
A native of St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador, Heather holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Queen’s University and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Memorial University.
Heather has been recognized as a rising young business leader, having been named to Canada’s Top 40 Under 40TM in 2002. She was recently chosen among 15 other global leaders to serve as a Leadership Foundation Fellow for the 2005-2006 Program of the International Women’s Forum (IWF).
A community leader, Heather is involved in numerous community and volunteer organizations, including serving as Chair of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce.
Heather lives in Bedford, NS with her husband Ken Ellis and their two children Carter and Taylor.
