Greg Grice

Senior Vice President, Service & Operations, RBC Insurance

As Senior Vice President, Service & Operations, Greg leads the team responsible for the RBC Insurance Contact Centre, and all service, operations, claims and underwriting for RBC Insurance clients in Canada.

Prior to this position, Greg was Regional President, Atlantic Canada, where he was responsible for setting the direction, developing strategy and managing overall performance and delivery of RBC’s products and services to over 900,000 personal, financial planning and business clients.

Since joing RBC in 1988, Greg has advanced through the organization in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility and scope and held a variety of senior management and executive positions within RBC’s branch network and Head Office. 

Greg received his first executive appointment in 2001 as Regional Vice President of Business Markets for the Metro Toronto area. In 2004 he was promoted to Vice President of RBC’s domestic Business and Commercial Financing Products. Greg was promoted to Regional President, Atlantic Canada, in November, 2005.

An avid community supporter, Greg served on several non-profit boards during his five years in Atlantic Canada,  including the Greater Halifax Partnership, Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Foundation, and Mount St. Vincent University. He also led the e is He Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia’s first ever capital campaign.

Born in Kitchener and raised in Mississauga, Greg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and holds a Certificate of Achievement from the International Banking Summer School, Dublin, Ireland.
