R. Quentin Grafton is at the Department of Economics at the University Ottawa. He is the author of three books and has published widely in the area of environmental and fisheries economics. His main research interest is the theory and use of property rights.
He is currently the Senior Fellow at the Centre for Resource and Environmental Studies at the Australian National University
